Change is not a process. It's people deciding to move.

I've spent my career inside large organizational transformations — the mergers, the system replacements, the restructures. The plans were rigorous. The frameworks were sound. And none of it moved anyone on its own.

Here's what two decades of change work actually taught me: strategy doesn't move people. Systems don't move people. People move when they feel seen.

That insight is why Kindness in Motion exists. A challenge coin, passed from hand to hand, is the smallest possible unit of transformation: one person telling another, what you did mattered — and inviting them to keep it moving.

Kindness in Motion

A movement you can hold in one hand

A solid challenge coin with one job: mark the moment someone was truly seen — then move on to the next person who deserves it.

  1. Carry it

Keep a coin with you. It changes what you notice.

  2. Recognize someone

Catch a person doing something that matters — and tell them why.

  3. Pass it on

Put the coin in their hand. Now it belongs to the moment.

  4. Share the story

Register the coin, if you want. The stories are the point.

  5. Keep it moving

They carry it until they see someone worth stopping for.

Boost & Buns

And then there's the other half of my life. Supercars. International rallies. A yellow Corvette. Road trips. Community. Kindness on the road.
