Signature talks

Four ways into the same truth

Different doors, one idea underneath: organizations don't transform — people decide to move, one at a time.

Flagship

The Human Algorithm

Emotional intelligence in an AI-driven workplace.

Every organization is racing to adopt AI. Almost none are preparing their people for what that adoption actually feels like. This talk reframes AI transformation as what it really is — a human change problem wearing a technology costume — and gives leaders a practical way to build the one capability machines can't replicate: emotionally intelligent judgment under pressure.

Who it's for

Executive teams, transformation sponsors, HR and L&D leaders, and any workforce in the middle of AI adoption.

Your audience leaves with

  • Why AI adoption fails on the human side long before it fails on the technical side
  • A practical model for reading and responding to the emotional reality of change
  • How to build teams where human judgment and machine capability compound instead of compete

Formats

  • Keynote
  • Half-day workshop
  • Executive briefing

Creating Meaningful Momentum

Change is not a process. It's people deciding to move.

Twenty years inside organizational transformation taught Chelsea one uncomfortable truth: strategy decks don't move people. Being seen does. This talk connects the mechanics of large-scale change with the human mechanics of recognition — and shows how one meaningful moment, deliberately created, can travel further than any communications plan.

Who it's for

Conference audiences, culture and employee-experience teams, change and communications professionals.

Your audience leaves with

  • The difference between motion (activity) and momentum (people choosing to move)
  • Why recognition is the most underused lever in transformation
  • A repeatable way to create moments that keep moving after you leave the room

Formats

  • Keynote
  • Conference closing session
  • Keynote + coin activation

Constructive Conversations

The talks nobody wants to have are the ones that move everything.

Presented at ACMP Global Connect 2025. Resistance isn't a personality flaw — it's information. This session gives practitioners and leaders a framework for the conversations that transformation actually runs on: the awkward ones, the resistant ones, the ones everyone keeps postponing until the project is already in trouble.

Who it's for

Change practitioners, project and program leaders, people managers navigating resistance.

Your audience leaves with

  • A structure for entering high-stakes conversations without a script
  • How to treat resistance as data instead of opposition
  • Ways to leave both sides of a hard conversation more committed, not less

Formats

  • Keynote
  • Workshop
  • Facilitated team session

Three Thousand Miles With Someone You Have to Trust

What an international road rally teaches you about pressure, communication and trust.

Strap into a rally car with a co-driver for days on end and every theory you hold about communication gets stress-tested at speed. Drawing on Chelsea's international rally experience, this talk turns the cockpit into a case study: how trust is actually built, how communication survives pressure, and what teams can learn from two people who cannot afford to stop moving.

Who it's for

Leadership offsites, sales kickoffs, team events, audiences that need energy with substance.

Your audience leaves with

  • How high-pressure environments compress and reveal team dynamics
  • The communication habits that survive stress — and the ones that fail first
  • What co-driving teaches about giving and receiving direction under load

Formats

  • Keynote
  • After-dinner talk
  • Offsite session

Common questions

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six months for keynotes is comfortable; conference seasons fill earlier. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible — ask, worst case is a fast no.

Does Chelsea travel internationally?

Yes. Chelsea is based in Canada and speaks internationally. Travel outside the local region is billed at cost.

How customized is each talk?

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. The core frameworks stay consistent; the language, examples and emphasis are rebuilt around your audience and event theme.

Can we record the session?

Internal recording rights are available as an add-on. Public distribution is agreed case by case.

What does the coin activation add to an event?

Co-branded Kindness in Motion coins give every attendee a physical way to act on the talk — recognition moves through your event in real time instead of staying an idea on a slide.
